Training is scaled so students at different experience levels train together effectively.
Controlled sparring and clinching is introduced only when ready
Deliberate training with personal attention; never filler work or drills to kill time.
Developing skill and building the body incrementally are the priority, not hard cardio workouts.

Getting started
Single classes are available for students with prior Muay Thai or striking experience, and as an orientation session before committing to a membership.
If you’re completely new, the Beginner Program is the recommended starting point to build a strong foundation before joining group classes. You can view the program here.
