Youth Muay Thai
Ages 8–13
Monday & Wednesday
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Serious training. Safe and controlled environment.
This is a youth Muay Thai program that takes kids seriously, without putting them at risk.
We train young athletes using the same technical standards as adults, adapted appropriately for age, maturity, and safety. Classes focus on fundamentals, movement quality, discipline, and confidence, no chaos or babysitting.
Your child will learn proper Muay Thai in a structured, controlled environment and be coached directly by Ronnie Najjar, a professional Muay Thai coach with 30 years of experience.
What This Program Is (and Isn’t)
This program is:
Technique-focused and structured
Small-group training with close supervision
Calm, disciplined, and respectful
Built to develop confidence, coordination, and focus
This program is not:
A play-based daycare class
A belt system or gimmick program
Loud and chaotic
About hard contact or uncontrolled sparring
Safety & Structure
Safety is essential, and unnecessary for kids to take any damage.
All drills are supervised
Contact is controlled to minimize impact
Progression is based on readiness, not age alone
Technique is emphasized over power
Coach Ronnie also trains his own two sons using the same standards, structure, and expectations applied in this class.
Kids are taught how to train properly, and how to control their power.
What Kids Learn
Proper stance, balance, and movement
Basic punches, kicks, knees, and defense
Pad work and partner drills
Controlled, age-appropriate sparring (only when ready)
Focus, patience, and respect for training partners
Movement based exercises to develop coordination and strength
The goal is skill development first, without rushing. Small, steady inputs.
