Who This Is For

This program is for new students who want to learn Muay Thai properly, in detail, and in structured layers building correct habits from day one.

What You’ll Learn

The program covers the core foundations of Muay Thai, built in the right order:

  • Stance, balance, and movement

  • Punch fundamentals

  • Round kicks and push kicks

  • Elbows and knees

  • Shadow boxing

  • Defensive skills - checks and parries

  • Bag work - angles, positioning, and timing

  • Basic counters and combinations

Coaching Style & Instruction

Example of the detail, structure, and pace used to build strong fundamentals.
