About Ronnie Najjar
Experience & Background
Muay Thai coach since 2004. Former Professional Fighter. 30 years in combat sports.
A veteran of the Australian "Golden Era" of Muay Thai and former WMC Cruiserweight #3-ranked contender, Ronnie competed across Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing, having 22 professional fights.
Over decades of teaching and training across 30+ countries on five continents, he studied what the best in the world were doing - testing, refining, and synthesizing it into his own system.
Coaching Approach
Ronnie's coaching goes beyond technique. He teaches students to understand why something works and how to integrate it into their own style, identifying and fixing the subtle details that hold people back at every level.
Every student is personally looked after and developed properly. The focus is on identifying strengths, building individual style, and ensuring every student gets the attention they need. It's why 8Tribe stays small, the focus is quality over quantity.
Training is structured for long-term and steady progress; correct movement, efficiency, and longevity without unnecessary wear and tear.
