About Ronnie Najjar
Experience & Background
Ronnie Najjar has spent 30 years studying one thing: what works, what doesn’t, and why.
A veteran of the Australian “Golden Era” of Muay Thai and former WMC #3-ranked contender, Ronnie competed professionally from 1999 to 2009 across Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing.
Over decades of training across 30+ countries on five continents, he studied, tested, and refined what the best in the world were doing, absorbing, testing, and synthesizing it into his own system.
He has been coaching since 2004.
Coaching Approach
Ronnie’s coaching goes beyond technique. He teaches students to understand why something works, not just how to execute it - identifying and fixing the subtle details that hold people back at every level.
Each student is coached individually, with a focus on developing their strengths and building their own style.
Training is structured for long-term progress, emphasizing correct movement, efficiency, and longevity without unnecessary damage.
