About Ronnie Najjar
Ronnie Najjar has spent 30 years doing one thing: figuring out what actually works and why.
A veteran of the Australian "Golden Era" of Muay Thai and former WMC #3-ranked contender, Ronnie competed professionally from 1999 to 2009 with 24 bouts across Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing. Every technique he mastered as a fighter, he took apart to understand the truth behind it. That obsession became his coaching philosophy, and eventually, 8Tribe.
Over decades of training across 30+ countries on five continents, Ronnie studied what the best in the world were doing, absorbing, testing, and synthesizing it into his own system. He has been coaching since 2004.
His coaching goes deeper than technique. He teaches students to understand why something works, not just how to execute it, identifying and fixing the subtle details that hold people back regardless of their experience level.
Every student is looked after personally. Training is structured with longevity in mind, correct movement, smart progression, and a genuine investment in each student's long term development.
