The best way to begin is with the first session of the Beginner Program, where you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals; stance, footwork, and basic strikes.

If you decide to continue with the full program, this session is credited toward it.

For those who want structure and fast progress, the Beginner Program includes:

8 × 45-minute private sessions

What we focus on

  • Core fundamentals: stance, footwork, strikes, basic defense

  • Correct mechanics and habits to train safely and efficiently

  • Understanding what matters early, and what doesn’t

  • Building confidence through clarity, skill, and a comfortable pace

Everything is taught and layered in priority order, making learning efficient and progressive.


By the end of the program

You’ll be able to:

  • Move comfortably and balanced in stance

  • Block, strike, and counter with control

  • Understand how training should feel and progress

  • Step confidently into all-levels Muay Thai classes and work with partners
