Start with a single private session
The best way to begin is with the first session of the Beginner Program, where you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals; stance, footwork, and basic strikes.
If you decide to continue with the full program, this session is credited toward it.
The Beginner Program (8 Sessions)
For those who want structure and fast progress, the Beginner Program includes:
8 × 45-minute private sessions
(Typically completed over 4 weeks (2×/week), with flexibility if needed)
Price: $1,000
Begin with one private session ($150).
If you decide to continue, this session is credited toward the full program.
What we focus on
Core fundamentals: stance, footwork, strikes, basic defense
Correct mechanics and habits to train safely and efficiently
Understanding what matters early, and what doesn’t
Building confidence through clarity, skill, and a comfortable pace
Everything is taught and layered in priority order, making learning efficient and progressive.

Move comfortably and balanced in stance
Block, strike, and counter with control
Understand how training should feel and progress
Step confidently into all-levels Muay Thai classes and work with partners
