Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline is known as “the art of eight limbs” because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a fighter very efficient mentally and physically. 8 TRIBE Muay Thai classes not only improve your fitness, strength, and endurance but your understanding of the human body as well as combat strategies in the heat of the moment. You will gain a greater understanding of how the human body works, how to leverage a smaller size against a larger opponent, and how to use your skills to your advantage.
When you sign up for our classes with the intent of improving personal fitness and self-defense, you will learn our very purpose-driven instruction strategy. Professionals in security, law enforcement, and film stunt work come to us to complete and master the skills necessary to protect themselves on the job. Below we have outlined the classes that we presently offer. Our focus is to create on a rigorous and goal-oriented personal program for you, no matter what your level. THE TRAINING

BEGINNER PROGRAM
Semi-Private Program designed to build the necessary skills for a solid foundation of Muay Thai. You will learn essential training principles, fundamental techniques and how to troubleshoot in 2 x sessions per week over a month with Head Coach Ronnie Najjar.

Tuesday & Thursday 6:15pm- 7.15pm

$300 per month

CLASSES
Muay Thai Classes for All Levels. Training is skill based, not cardio classes. Get feedback and personal attention every session.  Training includes theory, technique, conditioning, partner-drills and/ or sparring.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Private Training with Head Coach Ronnie Najjar. Sessions are efficient and tailored specifically to your needs. All skill and fitness levels welcome- from complete beginners to professional. Training may include assessments, mobility, strength & conditioning, pad work, bag work, drills theory and/ or sparring.

45 minute sessions: $120

4 x 45 minutes sessions: $100 each (400 total)

30 minute sessions: $80

4 x 30 minutes sessions: $70 each (280 total)

SELF MADE TRAINING FACILITY
8 TRIBE MUAY THAI operates out of Self Made Training Facility in Mission Bay. We are an exclusive, members-only gym, with over 8,000 sq ft of state of the art equipment, full-sized boxing ring, heavy bags, and everything we need to get you in top shape. We also have ample parking and are conveniently centrally located in San Diego, off the I-8.
